- “Operating Time Between Overhauls & Hot Section Inspection Frequency”
- Some CT Blades require scheduled ‘Overhaul and Stretch Inspection’

C.T. DISC HISTORY
- History of all "lifed rotative" parts must be accurately maintained and monitored
- PT6 discs are etched with current accumulated history details (hours and cycles) at each heavy work-shop visit
BLADED DISC BALANCING
- All blades are individually weighed before installation to disc
- Blades are evenly distributed around a disc opposed by an equal weight blade
- Trim cut (ground) disc assemblys are balanced to reduce vibration
- Special balance weights are retained on disc by rivets
